As we expand our team, we’re seeking a seasoned Senior Business Analyst with expertise in ERP systems, particularly in the construction ERP domain, to join our team.
Position Overview – Senior Business Analyst:
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our projects by gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements related to ERP implementations, focusing on construction ERP solutions.
Leveraging your extensive experience in resource planning, allocation, and project management, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure the seamless integration of ERP systems and the optimization of business processes.
Responsibilities:
- Lead requirements gathering workshops and stakeholder interviews to elicit business needs and objectives.
- Analyze, document, and prioritize business requirements, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.
- Provide subject matter expertise in ERP systems, particularly in the construction ERP domain, and recommend best practices for system configuration and customization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, project management, and business users, to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure the successful implementation of ERP solutions.
- Conduct a thorough analysis of existing business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including business requirements documents, functional specifications, and process flow.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) efforts by defining test scenarios, conducting test case reviews and assisting with defect resolution.
- Provide training and support to end users on ERP system functionalities and processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on ERP systems implementation.
- Proven experience in ERP systems, with expertise in construction ERP solutions (e.g., Procore, Viewpoint, Sage).
- Strong understanding of resource planning, allocation, and project management concepts.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Experience in leading requirements-gathering workshops and facilitating stakeholder meetings.
- Solid understanding of project management methodologies and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Certification in business analysis or project management is a plus.
