The solution includes a news module and a chat feature that allows patients to receive commercial and technical information, as well as to stay in touch with their doctors through the chat system

The news section previews promotions, free screenings, medical presentations, updates to medical care packages and insurance, updated information about clinic work hours, etc.

Scheduling & Appointment Management

The EHR solution allows for seamless appointment generation for both the patient and the doctors. The application offers a task management dashboard that integrates with the appointment schedule with automatic and customizable appointment reminder features

Patient Communication & Telehealth

The app has a chat function with an integrated smart bot that improves communication with healthcare providers, helps resolve technical issues, or allows for asking general questions

Flexible Admin PanelThe solution features a flexible web-based admin panel with different access levels for different medical personnel and doctors. It allows for easy customization and allows configuring different features

Billing SystemThe system collects patient insurance data to calculate the medical expenses according to insurance plans. Once a payment is processed, it generates a detailed transcript that includes a breakdown of all services and their charges, and the transcript is emailed to the patient

Lab IntegrationThe lab integration feature was added to easily track different test results for individual patients. The EHR receives all test results automatically, and it eliminates the need for background data entry

Enhanced Data SecurityWe implemented a two-factor authentication (2FA) to protect individual patient data in the EHR system. This asks the patients to verify their identity by providing additional info along with their username, phone number, and password

The Success of Our Solution

After the increased ease of access throughout the entire system, the workload for the entire staff has been reduced by 36%, and the client saw a 19% increase in the average number of patients per day

We also managed to reduce the risks of unauthorized access to patient data which falls in line with the data security regulations.
